Orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday (excluding postal holidays), are typically processed and shipped the same business day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific Time will generally ship the following business day.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or postal holidays.

While we strive to meet these timelines, processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume, inventory verification, or fraud prevention review.


Professional Order Verification

For larger orders placed by professionals, we reserve the right to delay shipment by up to two business days to ensure order completeness and accuracy.

This helps us verify inventory, confirm product quantities, and ensure that professional customers receive exactly what they expect.


Shipping Methods

Customers select their preferred shipping method during checkout. Shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping carrier and destination.

Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.


Carrier Responsibility and Transit Times

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are subject to the carrier's shipping network and policies.

Transit delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Kubo Hair cannot guarantee delivery timelines once a package is in transit with the carrier.

Customers should refer to the shipping carrier's posted service timeframes and policies for additional details regarding transit times.


Shipping Issues
